my friend, sara, is one of the most creative people i know. she inspires me constantly to explore the world of crafts more than i already have. her talents go beyond words and tape measures. sara and stumbling upon a printmaking book, written by brooklyn artist lotta jansdotter, motivated me to buy some linoleum blocks and begin playing with this art form. i'm thinking of using some of the stamps i created to make little menus & plate labels for an upcoming spring party!
